Self explanatory, steel nut and steel jam nut. threads were what they needed to be to fit a standard mil spec free float hand guard and receiver.

it was under 50 bucks

for an optic undefr 50 bucks it seems pretty cool... i put it on my 7.62 a15 .. we shall see how long it lasts and if it stays true. the lens isn't great, the little sight on the top is basically garbage unless you're use is some sort of pneumatic rifle. but it looks cool on the rifle and it will give me something fun to destroy while tuning the gas system and spring/ buffer weight in. if i had paid 80+ bucks for this i'd be irritated, but again it was less than 50.
