Seller attempted to contact me by unsolicited text message outside of ebay for further payment of shipping. Seller canceled auction and refused to honor auction. As I noted, the shipping costs were wildly wrong with the numbers supplied by Ebay. There was nothing nefarious regarding me contacting you. I stated the shipping cost was 3x higher than Ebay quoted and if I couldn't absorb the cost. You asked me to cancel and I did. Simple. Your intent on positioning me in a negative view is simply overly dramatic to the situation. Clearly, your position here is seen differently and that's ok. Additionally, I have purchased numerous other items that were larger in size and some even from over seas, the sellers quote for additional shipping charges were simply outrageous. The seller was requesting nearly $300 in additional shipping. Sellers should never be asked to pay additional anything outside of the auction. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Impressive Season among many
1 of 1 found this helpful I have to admit, I'm a fan but not a hardcore fan of The Simpsons but watching Season 8 I might be turning a little more fanatic. In this particular season the writing, wit, intelligence, and chances taken in the production are amongst the best I have seen before or since. I don't know if this was their apex season but it's far above some of the others. Very funny stuff. If you get the chance, buy it. Season 15 (2003) is another outstanding season but Season 8 has really impressed me. Worth the purchase.
