It will hang with the newest generation CPUs if you're not into the latest bleeding edge.
Rock solid temps as well on a simple non-serviced water cooler.

very slow shipping
product works great. for a full length SSD in a 2012 macbook pro 13" - it doesn't screw down so I just had to secure it with tape.
it took 5 weeks to get here....a bit too long....order and forget.

cons - too many holes everywhere for proper airflow management - I just taped them up
