  I am sorry you did not like the ring. It is a brown hugh and is smokey quartz in sterling silver . You also did not give me an opportunity to respond to you prior to leaving negative feedback. The ring was delivered to you and one hour later you left negative feedback without giving me a chance to respond which is not appreciated because I did accept your return right away even though I did list properly as described and the ring is in "pre-owned" condition which means it is not brand new.

  I didn't know that I left a negative feedback. I thought that by going thru eBay that I had avoided having to do that. Sorry it didn't turn out that way. It is Much more than a scratch. The ring had been cut, possibly to resize it. I think you should have a jeweler look at it if you can't see it. It is Very Obvious that it had been cut all the way down the back of the ring.
