  Movie arrived on time and was brand new in unopened package. When we played the movie it was FACTORY defective, no fault of the seller whatsoever. I only mention it to let you know that the seller was very kind and apologetic and issued me a refund that same day. They stand behind their products and I respect that so much that I would definitely order from them again. This problem was not one they created, but they were fast and friendly when it came to solving it. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!
