CONCORD 36 x 22 Stainless Steel Portable Add on Flat Top Griddle Outdoor Stove

If you don't have, you don't have one...

Even with the support bars welded to the bottom, the griddle warps. Now it won't sit flat on all four points. The very center spot has sunken in and seems to be permanently burnt/stained because any juices pool there and burn. The drain hole is way too small and could have had some sort of bracket added to hang something to catch the scrape-off... I have one and will continue to use this griddle, but there are things I would change.
