Healing and Awakening
It's a great awakening for people who want to see if they have a gift or just want insight in how to meditate and relax. The psychic twins are very helpful and offer great guidance!

Great product!
Plug it in and turn on Bluetooth is all you need to do. It will tell you when it’s connected and stays connected when I’m 10 feet away from my car!

Great for beginners, okay for moderate level exercise.
I needed a new set of bands because my originals were breaking and I didn't want to break the bank. I'm used to working out at a moderate level so I had to combine 5 out of the 6 bands together in order to get a proper workout for my back. My max lateral pull down is 75lbs so these bands gave me an okay work out but anyone that can pull more may want to look elsewhere.
Came in a nice carrying/storage bag. Soft and spongy material for the bands and the clips are very strong and easy to use.
A great place to start!
