Outstanding Phone
I lost my beloved HTC M8 and wanted to buy an M9, but acted too slowly and missed the one I wanted by a few seconds. I needed a replacement quickly and the LG G4 seemed to fit the bill, although I expected it to be an inferior phone. I was wrong.
This is an amazing phone, especially for the price. It could quite possibly be the best phone I've owned.
The quality of the display is outstanding, and the 5.5" size is perfect. The slightly curved back fits very nicely in the hand, making it easy to hold, and the controls on the back are much more convenient than expected. The smart features are very helpful, such as facial recognition, home unlock, etc. The phone is lightweight, fast, has a respectable amount of memory, a replaceable battery and an SD card slot. I find LG's UI pleasant and easy to use, and appreciate the lack of bloatware.
This phone has exceeded my expectations by far. I could have bought the latest low end phone, with poorer quality hardware and build quality, and half the features, at about the same price, but opted for this slightly older flagship phone instead.
I'll be holding on to this one for as long as I possibly can.

Excellent Phone
Great phone, highly recommended. Better than a lot of newer phones which cost twice the price. Unfortunately, 4G and updates don't work in Europe where I now live.
