Good item for good price. Works fine. For QI charging must have compatible P-supply/adapter, if not - normal charge only.

Lightweight with a great features
In common words: if main goal is to test VGA input and devise monitor this is all you need !
Great operation from first you power it up. You save time and efforts with not need to play with assembly circuit, program MCU etc. Small VGA to BNC/RCA adapter make you able test almost any video device.
Would be nice to have composite/complex PAL/NTSC output on the same board.

USB to RS232
If you still in need to use your old fashion "working horse" - RS232 this is great solution. I use it for PIC programmer with RS232 serial port connected to USB WINDOWS_10 laptop and adapter perfectly doing it job. Plug and play, WINDOWS find itself appropriate drivers and Wu-a-La... You can assign at your choice virtual port # to feel more comfortable. Definitely recommended.
