A well recognized product offered at a very reasonable price

does not attain a heated temperature in a reasonable time
t this product does not get warm enough to use effectively on the eye area after being preped in the microwave oven for what could be considered a long duration of time --- like over two minutes.
we have an old eye unit made by the same manufacture that works much better after heating in the same microwave unit at the same power setting and requires only 40-45 seconds of heating time!!!!!!!!!!!
