I'm going to write only about the product itself I used it once and I did everything as it say first depreci shampoo is very little and not enough the product is okay did not did the job completely it may be help a little bit but it didn't do it as good as I thought it would be. The shampoo and conditioner for after using the product it's also very small amount in the bottles and the shampoo was very hard to get it out the bottle it was very thick and the conditioner as well it took a minute until I was able, to get out the shampoo from the bottle and put it on my hair you can't rain see twice because there is not enough of shampoo or conditioner overall I guess it's all right if you just want to make it easier on straighten your hair but it's not the same as you going to a hairdresser.
