Holy Grail of all fitness books.
1 of 1 found this helpful This book is a excellent guide for diet and exercise. It explains the tiny details of everything like what to eat, what exercise program to use for a specific goal, how to perform the exercise correctly, and what supplements you take for your body.
It is very science orientated, as it goes into detail of how to the most out of everything. It thoroughly tells science of the exercise and programs, what the supplements do for your body, as well as the specific part of the body that you wanna work on. It's very neatly written, laid out, and easy to find.
If you are dedicated in building muscle, strength, and having a health diet than I highly recommend this book for you.

Ok source of protein.
1 of 3 found this helpful If your trying to get lean and healthy then this is the product for you. Otherwise there are better deals and quality plant proteins than this one.
I prefer animal proteins since they can give you better muscle growth than plants.
