If I would have shipped the item in an airtight seal this could have been avoided. Buyer was clear, forthcoming, and returned the item back to me very well protected & wrapped. I was able to issue a full refund after inspection.

Missing bolts

3 of the dials stopped working after 3 months
3 of the dials stopped working so now all I have is one working fan. The other fans the are connected to the other dials ether don’t spin or go at max rpm no matter how you turn the dial.

Quality
Honestly the best bang for your buck out there, it’s high quality and very maneuverable. Better that one of the $100 ones you can buy on amazon. I LOVE IT!!!
