Communication was fantastic and professional all the way through the process of delivery and tracking. Items came in a different packaging as seller ran out of the usual packaging, which can be unexpected when running a business at times, but they were as described. I asked them to honour their advertised price but they refused to do so and simply refunded my money without my permission. In my opinion, you can't trust this seller.

WELL DONE! Recovered the situation very well. I've only taken One Star off for Item Description, because the items are not boxed as shown in the listing - they are loose tests, but otherwise a very good outcome from a purchase that I didn't think was going to end well. Well Done Seller!

Only problem is they are using the new packaging and not as advertised of the white and pink containers for sale. Did not know they were the same product. Would be really good to change your advertisement with proper product you sell. Great packaging with accurate and fast delivery. Great seller and I would buy again.
