    Words cannot begin to describe the experience, on a scale of 1-10 the item and the company are a 20, the item is absolutely beautiful, box arrived ahead of delivery date and also included a few unexpected but very pleasant surprises, one was a small granite keepsake engraved with the pets name and a personal letter of condolence from Mike and Vickie (the owners of the company) that made it feel like you are dealing with real friends you never knew you had.
