Not inspiring but not terrible...Very thin walled for 4PR. Ok price in spite of my negativity.

Not the same quality as what was removed from the original equipment riding mower. I thought I would get a higher ply rating than what was originally equipped ergo a better tire and something not made in china as the rubber from there does not seem to last long on my other equipment. Not so. In spite of the rubber being cast in Indonesia, the rubber has a strong chemical smell indicating whatever chemical is keeping it soft will soon evaporate and leave the tire and accelerate the dry rot. I might get a few years of service out of them and will be very surprised if they last much longer.

One wire EASY! and INEXPENSIVE! I really like this kit.

I usually don't do reviews but for this I will make an exception. I bought this to replace a worn distributor on an old dodge truck and liked the idea of a simple one wire hookup. Initial impressions are: This slips right in, is compact, looks clean, and functions with a single power wire. The vacuum advance is adjustable with an allen wrench. HEI parts are incredibly easy to source, cheap and reliable. It leaves plenty of room between the cap and firewall on my truck which was a concern when I bought it. The plug wires are quality pieces and the power wire is included. Ignition power is good and the engine fires right off. The only thing that would make this better is a cheap spring kit to dial in advance rate and a total advance limit washer both of which can be purchased elsewhere for a couple of bucks.

Glass lens is the best part of it. Low grade stainless (possibly) and LED circuit board. Borders on "worth it" but I expect there to be problems.

Glass lens is nice. Stainless....Possibly, but had surface rust on inside and screws...Maybe low grade stainless that was chromed. LED board not confidence inspiring...looks cheap. Get ones with regular bulbs so when condensation gets in you can replace or upgrade to LED.
