Music, spoken word, these headphones deliver quality sound.
Excellent headphones, especially for the price. Sound quality and noise suppression is very high; the 90% figure gives a good idea of what will get through. Very effective on airplanes. They are comfortable to wear for a long time. Battery life is lower for my set than advertized, so I keep a spare aaa handy; this is not a complaint. The next choice is at least $300. If I lost them I'd buy the same model that very day.

The Wise Heart--a wise read
Jack Kornfield has been at the top of his game for decades. He can tell you what is useful and how to use it. He never wastes your time. The Wise Heart [2008], like his other books [particularity for me his book with Joseph Goldstein, Seeking the Heart of Wisdom], is written for both the curious and the practitioner. It's an introduction to the practice and a practical guide for those with a home practice without contact with a teacher.
