  Ordered a shower cartridge for bathtub. Told seller having a plumbing problem and please send as soon as possible. Seller said it shipped, Contacted seller three times to get a tracking number and seller never got back with me. Waited almost 10 days, and nothing then seller refunded money, no explanation, nothing. If the seller had a problem with the order they should have contacted me, counted on them and they let me down. Would not recommend.

  The valve came. It was in good condition, but in the picture it shows the union nowhere did it say it didn’t come with the union. I had to order a union elsewhere and an extra charge. Seller refused to answer my emails.

  Toro electric mower was received in a timely manner; however, the incorrect battery and charger was in the box. Notified seller and he apologized for the mistake and send me the correct battery and charger. Seller provided excellent customer service, and that to me is the true test of an exceptional seller.
