Excellent for our needs and well-priced.
We juice apples by pressing pulp producing 35-40 litres of juice at a time from a mix of dessert apples. This is then pasteurized in bottles for our and others consumption. To prevent the pulp from losing its colour from a lovely apple green to a brownish hue we add powdered ascorbic acid 1-3 teaspoons for each batch. This pure additive preserves the colour without compromising the flavour or the natural product that it is.

pH sticks for cider making
Our usual supplier was out of stock and we needed them for our cider making. Good service and they work well.
