it is an old version. The firmware does not exist
this an old model and Honeywell changed the app and the firmware. This is the reason why it can not be installed. It does not work with the app. When you try to install the thermostat it connects to the internet but it does not communicate with the app due to the fact that Honeywell changed the system for that specific thermostat. So the features on the app can not be used. We talked to the support team from Honeywell and they said it is an old version. They suggested to return this one and get the latest model. I do not recommend this product.
