Hasbro Star Wars The Black Series Archive Luke Skywalker Action Figure

Poor paint applications, lightsaber bent at the hilt
Figure could have used 2 more coats of orange paint; can still see the black plastic beneath. The lightsaber accessory is terrible. the hilt does not properly accommodate the blade, resulting in a crooked saber. Hasbro needs to either hire more quality control managers or otherwise hire better ones.
Mcfarlane Batman Retro 66 Classics TV Series 1960s Wave 1 Robin 6" Action Figure

Figure's arm broke off immediately after opening the package.
For reasons I'll never understand, McFarlane designed this figure's upper arm in 2 pieces where the sleeve meets the arm. It's not a bicep swivel joint, it's simply 2 parts they glued together (and very poorly on my specimen). The first thing I do when I remove a figure from the packaging is move all its points of articulation. The joints on this figure are unbelievably tight, and the first time I tried to move it's left shoulder, the arm broke at the above-mentioned poorly-glued seam. I used super glue to repair it, and so far it's holding, but from now on I'll have to be super careful with this very rare and very expensive figure. It's exceptionally poor quality for the price, and I would recommend the Robin figure that comes in the Target exclusive lunchbox over this one (same issues, but much lower price...4 figures for the price of 1/2 a Series 1 Robin.
Carrera 30356 Digital 132 Pit Lane for 1/24 & 1/32 Slot Car Tracks

I Paid Retail Price for a Used Pit Lane, Doesn't Fit Together Properly
When I received this item, the tape on both ends of the box had been cut, and each of the pieces had greasy fingerprints all over them. It had clearly been used before, and I'm not happy I paid retail price for a used item. I would return it, but it was one of the very last pit lanes available in the U.S. at retail. Also, the track pieces do not fit together properly. The piece with the digital sensor is too large, and doesn't secure properly into the lane changing track pieces. This is a manufacturing issue. All in all, I feel very ripped off. To be fair, the pine lane works as advertised, but the slot cars all make a "kerthunk kerthunk" sound every time they drive across the gaps caused by Carrera's poor quality control.
