Poor packaging
The product was fine, the way in which it was packed and sent was not. The box was too small for the 5 tubes and the tubes were so poorly cushioned that the of the tubes split leaving shaving gel over the bottom of the box.

Metal is better
The handle is solid, sturdy and has a great feel to it when shaving. It is far superior to the standard flimsy handle that comes with blades today.
