I recommend this video & look forward to when I can complete the workout.

Good video. I have used it four times now, and I am starting to memorize the routine. I am in pretty good shape, but I can't keep up with everyone in the video yet; it is exciting to me that I will see improvement in my strength, balance (I tip over during the cario kicking section), stamina (I am unable to complete the workout without resting), and overall fitness. Billy Blanks is always ultra-positive and motivating.

Good for 3-6 month olds

This toy is good for babies first starting to reach and grasp. It doesn't keep an 8-month old busy for long, so I would recommend it for 3-6 month olds.
