Excellent padding and support.

The Ergon GS1L bar grips are great the padding is thick, the extra palm support is firm and place appropriate on the grip. They were easy to install and the interior lip kept them from sliding too far onto the handle bar. I liked the 4mm hex bolt for tightening to prevent turning/slipping. The grey color is neutral enough to look good with most any paint scheme.
