Wonderful book.

Great resource for healing and living close to Mother Earth. Enjoyable and interesting reading as well as a great reference book.

The nutritional truth for healing cancer.

Whether you are looking at nutrition as an adjunct to modern cancer treatment or simply using nutrition as an alternative treatment, this is a great book. Lots of scientific references to back up the data. Good information on healing a body that has gotten out of balance through improper nutrition. Great read. Well written and easy for the non-medical person to understand.

"Healthy" zones & what we can learn from them

Great book. Dan Buettner investigates clusters worldwide where there is a larger than normal percentage of people living longer than "normal". He then proceeds to document what diet, spirituality, location, etc. might have an impact on these folks long and healty lives. Very intriguing concept and a great read.
