The worst purchase I've ever made
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought this used Toyota radio to replace the original one out of my RAV4. When the unit arrived I noticed right away that the face was badly scratched and much uglier than the original. I thought, "maybe I can take advantage of my original face plate that still looks spotless". When I installed the unit (extremely easy since it was a straight out trade of the original) the AM/FM works fine, but the CD and the AUX don't function at all. The screen says there is no disc inn the unit but I cannot enter a disc. The AUX will not work with my iphone connected via the 3.5 audio cable. I get no response on the screen recognizing that a device is connected. Since I live in the Dominican Republic, now it will be very complicated to return it. I just don't know what to do.
