No need for thermal grease.
Someone mentioned that you need thermal grease in order to replace the fan, but this is not necessary. You can remove the old fan without removing the heat sink from the CPU. The fan sits on a sticky tape. After you unscrew it from the motherboard, peel two small pads on the front (holds the fan and the copper heat sink together) and then get underneath the fan and peel the tape from the back of the fan. My old fan broke in two in the process, but since you're going to be throwing it away anyway, it's no problem. Put the new fan in place. Reconnect everything and you should be set. There are vids on Y2B showing how to take the PC apart. If your PC doesn't boot after you put it together, remove the battery connector and RAM and leave it for 5 min. Should start up fine.
