Simply amazing 6L6 replacements
1 of 1 found this helpful All the glassy shimmer of a 6L6,with extra punch and headroom and yet a sweeter tone (more 6V6-ish). You can drive them into the most glorious overdrive too, and they sound absolutely phenomenal in a cathode biased output stage being driven hard - glorious compression sustain.. In a fixed bias output stage, they’re all about clean power, with enormous bottom end clarity - I have a 70’s silverface Bassman with an ultralinear configuration and they’re staggeringly powerful and clean in that amp head.

Great priced shorty levers.
1 of 1 found this helpful So, you've broken a lever on your bike. You go to the dealership and have a minor coronary about the price, considering there's a good chance you'll break another sometime as you're riding in the woods and 'stuff' happens. Here's a great alternative, with the extra benefit of being reach adjustable. They look great, fit perfectly in my case and operate well. The only thing I did to mine to make sure they were secure is add some Loctite Blue to the adjuster bolts, which would be a sound plan for even pricey aftermarket levers, so no downsides!
Are they as robust as ones costing five times as much? No idea. Would the pricey ones snap just the same in a hard crash? Yup. If I break them, will I buy another set? You bet.

An excellent, quiet, cost-effective rack.
These are so quiet up there I've not even thought about them, which makes them leagues better than any other roof bars I've owned. Easy to fit and they look like they were factory fit on my Cayenne. They're clearly pretty close copies of a well known (and costly) set of bars and to all intents and purposes they are the same. Sure, I wouldn't put a few hundred pounds of lumber on them, but I wouldn't do that with any roof bars. For bikes, kayaks etc, these are perfect.
