Bought these tires, got them installed through ebay. 237 miles later, front driver's side tire has a huge bubble. No tube of impact andctire pressure

Bought these tires, got them installed through ebay. 237 miles later, front driver's side tire has a huge bubble. No tube of impact andctire pressure is correct being the tires were just installed 5 weeks ago. Since it was over 30 days (5 weeks), seller would not exchange the tire offered no help whatsoever. I will never buy from this seller again ever.
