Item was cheap, but it was non-functional when it got to me. It turned on, but was (and still is) stuck on a "Failed Updating" screen, and won't turn
Item was cheap, but it was non-functional when it got to me. It turned on, but was (and still is) stuck on a "Failed Updating" screen, and won't turn off unless I pull the battery out. I can't even hard reset it, because that doesn't even work. I'm unhappy about the condition it's in when I came.
