Great product for the right application
Bought this for my 97 y/o Mother who has severe hearing loss. Haven't given it to her yet, however my field testing on other subjects show promise !

Outstanding old Hardware that is fading away fast
Product was designed by Dell for the E-1505 series (made in Japan) while it was still not vulnerable to mainland Asian duplication theft.

Time tested Reliability for a great price!
Although this is a very old unit in respect(mfg date 2006), it still is the most accurate one I've seen or used EVER!. Been through about 1-2 of them within this 8 yr period, dropping, etc.But always revert back to it when it sells this inexpensively. Have seen other people use more expensive Garmins, Magellans, etc, and have seen them wind up in the middle of nowhere, lost and confused. Won't happen with this unit if you read the directions on how to operate it. It's been long discontinued by the Mfg, (Cobra), so there are no updates past the year 2006. That hurts. But if you live in the middle of nowhere where the roads are fairly old, it works outstandingly. If you live in Las Vegas... forget it!
Works for me, although my nieces and nephews look at it and laugh because it looks like a boat anchor. But I drive an old Harley that is 40 years old! I like time tested reliability.
