Excellent drama, DK's best work; excellent DVD
In my personal opinion this is Diane Keaton's best work. Her character is nuanced and wholly believable, if not deserving of any sympathy for the unintended consequences of her personal sexual revolution. Those viewers who lived the club life of the "me" disco era can possibly relate to the insecurity and emotional detachment Keaton projects through her avatar. Director Richard Brooks does an excellent job guiding the viewer down Theresa Dunn's (Keaton) path to perdition, to the finale of a harrowing death struggle that lasts for what feels like an agonizing eternity.
The quality of this DVD is excellent, and the cinematic quality is consistent with the original that played in theaters. My order was placed promptly, and I received the product as promised.

Nice watch and a great value
Have had this watch for only a month so long term reliability is yet unknown, but the band, body and crystal seem durable enough. Nice big dial face is easy for me to see without my reading glasses. Red dial face adds a dash of boldness, while the understated but high quality SS band keeps this watch from looking like some P Diddy would wear. Simplicity is this watch's strong suit.
Second hand does not land exactly onto each tick of the clock face, but this is a $50 watch, so no complaints.

One of Steve's best
1 of 1 found this helpful One of Steve's best works as the anti-hero who's commitment to his own code of ethics renders him incapable of "going along to get along".
Beautifully shot and scored. The movie and Steve's Jake Holman character are an allegory for Western imperialism and rebellion of the subjugated people; and rising conflict within the Western social conscience.
