Great Immersion Blender
1 of 1 found this helpful Love this blender. I use it much more than I ever thought I would. This device has brought up my cooking several notches. I had other less expensive stick blenders before but tired of replacing them every couple of years (the motors on the less expensive ones just die after a while). This one should last 20, 30 years or longer. But it is so fast, it can over beat, so I had to modify my immersion blender techniques that were lax due to prior experience with less powerful units.

Love It!
It works perfectly.
I have another silicone steamer that is half of the capacity and did not come with a rack. The rack makes it a much better steamer for many foods like fish or vegetables broccoli or cut green beans; no more food sitting in the cooking/steaming liquids.
