Flex CTS
Assembly was straightforward. It took about an hour. Very sturdy. I used wrap on bars instead of pads. Gives us an extra couple of inches of resistance.
The bands do not equate to weight listed. However, I do like it. My family used it for about two hours after assembly.
I just added more bands to get the resistance I desired. The bar adjusts up and down. I keep it on lowest setting to get positive and negative resistance while benching.
Very versatile, so we can work several muscle groups. The bands are easy to adjust, slide on and off. We have a lot of workout equipment. This is a nice addition. I plan to order additional bands.
