Great audio quality
Both transmit and receive audio is nice and clear, and the microphone fits nicely in the hand, unlike many other Icom models. This microphone comes with a rubber seal around the plug that mates with the connector on the ID31/ID51 to keep the waterproof nature of the radio even with the microphone plugged in.
