Not what I expected; Disappointed
When I took the phone to have a Nano Sims card put in, the technician said the screen was chipped. You could only see it if you held it at a certain angle. I purchase the phone because it was compatible with my medical devise. I ended up having to purchase another phone. I do not understand your 3rd question, what is a "small form factor"
