Foaming is impossible
Great for espresso, but lattes, etc, which require foamed milk is a problem. We found that the steam from the wand is sufficiently hot, but the pressure is so high it causes a too-high steam flow rate. So you get uncontrollable bubbling no matter how you position the wand or temp of the milk or soy milk! We tried every suggestion that we could find online to no avail. Having to return unit because it is a "factory" refurb and they don't have any more replacements. Would have given one star, but the espresso side was fine.
