  I have been an eBay user since 2004 and have never given negative feedback - this is how disappointing this situation is. Received stirrups, much too big; my average size feet slipped thru. Seller agrees to send new cages on 7/11. Contacted on 7/22, 7/24, 7/31, 8/8, 8/18, and 8/19. Gives me tracking on 8/21. The new cages are awesome but the wrong color, said will send correct color. Contacted 8/29, 9/3, and 9/5 - nothing. I’m so disappointed and feel like they took advantage of me.
