  The item I received was admittedly the same item as in the photo, as well as in the same packaging with all of the same accessories. It is not, however, the same item that the listing told me it was, that being a Sony HDR-CX350VE. On top of that, I was charged $20 in shipping for the package to move about 3 hours away, it likely never even hit a plane. It thankfully hits all of my personal needs, and it did arrive rather efficiently, but I don't see myself buying from this seller again
