best deal on hard to find appliance part

great portable scanner
just bought it on ebay. first i did not read details good enough i thought it was sd memory but it is sd micro. so after an extra trip to store i i found the memory slot plugged in power and figured out settings. instructions on calibration were good. tried to use scanner and nothing happened. power up power down no help. used reset button and away to the races. used the docking port and scanned 392 pages in about 3 hours all good resolution. barely put a scratch in memory usage 16gb. downloaded the paper port software. the software instructions were too confusing to be any use. i let my intuition guide me to success. i scanned to pdf which were usable and paper port
can convert all pdfs into one large pdf which is very nice. only flaw is these pdf's were not searchable.
overall a very impressive gadget can scan at higher resolutions or low. neat and compact, trouble free, nice carry box. i am very happy with purchase at $125. i am sure it has more features than i have explored thus far. if you are looking for portable doc scanner i rate this one A+
