Not for outlander 2.4.
This converter doesn't fit the outlander. We had to cut the flanges and weld it in

Its good but
It's good quality but if you pay Chrysler $50 .00 per year you don't need this cord and it's easier to connect to 18+ Chrysler products

Best price and got it quick.
We installed the down stream and so far it's working. I purchased the set because it was cheaper than buying one. I can't confirm that the upstream sensor works.
