Came in a box with lots of bubble wrap and was in an original box inside of the first. I let it warm up before setting up and it worked great. Speakers worked fine as well as the camera. I’ve yet to try all of the ports on the back yet. This company was incredibly helpful as I’m new to macs! They answered my questions that I sent as well! It arrived early! If I need anything else, I will check this company first.

Shipping was fast. This big heavy machine could have been packaged a little better but arrived in great condition. Double wall box wrapped in quality bubble wrap. No direct communication needed, just the way I like. ...Will be looking for another machine in the near future. Happy with the purchase.
