Very interesting overview of Army Corp of Engineers.
Extensive look at how New Orleans greatly suffered from Hurricane Katrina because of really poor decisions made regarding construction of water control systems. Failed bureaucracy at it’s utmost.

Love it!
As a long time Persuasions and Zappa fan had no idea of this music. A great record for any fan. Acapella at its best and a fabulous tribute too.
