Didn't think the Internet could have retro charm!
This show was simply charming, from beginning to end. As I stated in the title, I didn't think the Internet was old enough to actually have retro charm, but it does! This show documents its entire history (up to the year 2000) which includes its birth as the ARPAnet for the American Defense Complex, through to its first civilian manifestations a la WAIS, Gopher, bulletin boards, ftp, and the earliest iteration of the WWW. Those of us who have been using the Internet since the first release of Windows 95 and before will have fond memories of this exciting time when you could feel the electricity in your fingertips the moment you connected to this paradigm shifting technology! Also included is the cast of the Prometheus-like, Imperial Nerds who brought fire to the people from Redmond,WA to Provo,UT, to Silicon Valley to the halls of UCLA Berkeley (where it seemed the innovations just couldn't stop bursting forth)! I would argue that nothing in mankind's history has been more exciting than the birth of the Information Age with all its possibilities, and this series chronicles it brilliantly!!

Classic toy that still delivers the thrills today!
Classic product I bought for my son back in 2003 when he was 3. He really loved it, especially how it all stacks like the real thing and has a pre-recorded button activated countdown. If your child is a space geek, this is a great gift even now. There is nothing quite as iconic as the mighty Saturn V! I purchased for my friend's 6-year-old son and he loves it!

Excellent two-part British thriller yarn
Excellent two-part thriller yarn with Rundle as a Welsh DC whose performance was magnetic as ever.
