I prefer the 8 inch model or an S3
1 of 1 found this helpful It's a solid machine! It's sad that it doesn't have its own pen like its predecessor, but it gets the job done. I like it a lot, but samsung has since come out with more power 10 inch tablets (the S3, S4, and galaxy book if you want windows). The only reasons to buy the 9.7inch S2 are if you want the cheaper option or if you really value a light weight tablet with a larger screen. I find the 8 inch model lighter and more portable, and I've purchased an S3 as a more powerful, large-screened alternative that DOES get a pen. No regrets.

It does what it was meant to do. Would purchase again but hopefully will never need to.
