Cheap, adequate quality, accurate
A nice steel rule. Not Starrett quality, but an accurate substitute for routine work.
If you are forgetful and always looking for your six inch steel rule, these are how you solve that problem

Well made, durable, Excellent choice for jumper cables
This is a nicely made, durable product. This my second one that I use for 4ga jumper cables in my 2 cars.
It does require the discipline to coil your cables neatly to fit inside the soft case, but they will always be looking brand new and ready to use. I have used one for well over 10 years.
