The Engage ProShop is the only official factory direct store of Engage Pickleball (one of the largest and leading pickleball manufacturers in the world). We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Engage Pickleball and the only factory direct store (and authorized eBay dealer). This allows us to offer all our paddles (even used ones) with a 30 day test drive to ensure you have the best experience. All slightly used paddles are fully certified by the same assembly team that makes the paddles (which is why we can on slightly used paddles offer after the 30 day test drive a small repair fee on any issues you may experience in the future). We have a storefront located just outside of The Villages, FL only 200 feet from the actual manufacturing facility that creates all Engage paddles (that are shipped to 40+ countries around the world).
