Psyllium seeds is the most important, critical ingredient in this recipe.
I chose the whole Psyllium seeds, rather than the powder, so I can use the seeds or make it into powder, and Organic to avoid toxic chemicals etc. I make loaves of seed bread from a recipe that uses only nuts, olives, and seeds. Psyllium seeds is the "glue" that holds everything together! A can of olives supplies the liquid. Yum!
