bot these to hook onto outer rim of tire...
bot these to hook onto outer rim of tire chains, so i could use the chain tightener (adjusters) to run thru this ring and then pull very tight to hook onto another part of the tire chain rim.... thot this would make it easier to snug up my main chains. we will see. putting one on each wheel... should be enough; if i need more, then i'll order more.... maybe 2 rings per wheel??? I'll find out soon enough, winter on the way! again......

these are for xmas gifts, so wont know til then how they function..... but if they are anything like the dexter russell 'lamb skinner' knives i bot earlier this fall, they should be really nice to add to our kitchen.
