Great buy for older pokemon fans, but still has a few drawbacks.
2 of 2 found this helpful Pros: Looks really great, sound is fantastic and gives so much nastalgia.
Cons: some scenes look very grainy still (at least 10-20% of the entire series, but gets better over time with each episode), the light house episode is known for poor sound quality, it doesn't include all of the american "season 1" which means you'll still have to buy Season 1 - Indigo League Set 3 to actually complete this collection.
overall if you're a big pokemon fan and especially if you grew up with the first season this is a great buy as it still upgrades a lot of visuals and sound quality is mostly fantastic.
